At Klozarinvord, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of indoor plants for your German home or office. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be processed for indoor plants delivered in Germany.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return of indoor plants, the following conditions must be met:

  • The indoor plant must be returned within 14 days of delivery to your German address
  • The indoor plant must be in its original condition and packaging
  • The indoor plant must show signs of damage or defect that existed at the time of delivery
  • You must contact us before initiating a return

Non-Returnable Items

The following indoor plant items are not eligible for return:

  • Indoor plants that have been damaged due to improper care after delivery to your German address
  • Indoor plants that have been repotted or modified from their original condition
  • Indoor plants that have been kept in unsuitable German indoor conditions
  • Custom or special order indoor plants unless they arrive damaged

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss the issue
  2. Provide photos of the plant and any damage or defects
  3. Wait for our approval before shipping the plant back
  4. Package the plant securely using appropriate materials
  5. Ship the plant back to our address using a trackable method

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned plant, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a plant, you may return the original plant and place a new order for the desired plant.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged item, wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Indoor Plant Health After Delivery in Germany

Indoor plants are living organisms and require proper care adapted to German indoor conditions. We are not responsible for plant health issues that arise from improper care, unsuitable German environmental conditions, or neglect after delivery. Please follow the care instructions provided with your indoor plant, which are tailored for German homes and offices.
